Where do you collect from and deliver to?
Anywhere on the UK mainland and anywhere in mainland Europe. We're based in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, in West Wales.
Is it open or enclosed transport?
Open. Your car travels on its own on an open car trailer, strapped over the tyres only so nothing touches the bodywork.
Will my car share the trailer with other cars?
No. There's only ever one car on the trailer, and the person who collects it is the person who delivers it.
How will I know where my car is?
The rig is GPS tracked the whole way. You can call us any time and we'll tell you exactly where your car is, and we'll update you when we set off, at any crossing, at any stop and an hour before arrival.
